Day 2 of my HCG diet.
Yesterday went okay. A little rough. I woke up and gagged down about a half an egg.
Tried to cut up a grapefruit, which is a lot harder then you would think. I cut it up like an orange, and it wasn't such a good idea. So I didn't eat too much of either of my breakfast items.
Lunch:
Chicken & Asparagus
Pretty delicious
Dinner:
Apple and Chicken
Snanks:
Melba Toast...Pretty delicious :)
Lost 3.6 pounds!

ReplyDeleteWow Abbie! I've lost 2.5 in one week! I like the pace of your diet a lot better. I might have to jump on the HCG train pretty soon.
