Day 1 of eating healthy.....
Breakfast: 1/2 a grapefruit & one egg..minus the yolk.
Snack: Melba Toast Cracker.
Lunch: Grilled Chicken & Asparagus
Snack: Melba Toast Cracker & Tea
Dinner: Spinach Leaf Salad with 3 egg whites, tomato and cucumber slices, and lemon juice for dressing.
Yup, you guessed it, im doing HCG. I wish to lose like 30 pounds...and its going to be tough, but I will be able to do it. I am doing it with my brother, and his girlfriend. We all live together, so it will be a good support system.
The hardest part is eating the eggs...I have to gag them down.
