Day 2 went okay. I was feeling very energized, which is good, because the first day I was very tired. I need to focus on going to bed a little earlier.
Woke up, weighed in at a loss of 2.0 LBS.
Totaling: 5.6 pounds! I am pretty excited.
Day 3 update.
Feeling pretty good, I went to the store last night and bought lean hamburger, and very lean steak, which will be good, because I find that I get sick of chicken really fast.
